FEWAS Ayurveda Resort is located in Induruwa along Sri Lanka’s peaceful southwestern coast, approximately 95 km from Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB). We provide direct private air-conditioned vehicle transfers upon request (approx. 1.5 to 2 hours drive via the Southern Expressway).

All retreat packages include oceanfront accommodation, full-board Ayurvedic organic dining (breakfast, lunch, dinner, herbal teas), initial and daily doctor pulse consultations (Nadi Pariksha), personalized daily 2-hour treatment sessions, custom herbal medicines, daily yoga/meditation, and airport transfer support.

We recommend reducing heavy, processed foods, alcohol, caffeine, and high stress 3–5 days prior to arrival. Our resident physician will provide a light pre-purification guide upon booking confirmation.

Authentic Ayurveda emphasizes vegetarian, organic, and freshly cooked seasonal meals to optimize Agni (digestive fire). However, doctor-guided adjustments are made for specific medical needs, gluten intolerances, allergies, or vegan diets.

Induruwa enjoys a warm tropical coastal climate year-round. While November to April offers calm ocean seas and dry sunny days, the monsoon period (May to October) is traditionally considered exceptionally beneficial for Panchakarma, as warm humid air opens body pores for deeper oil absorption.
